The item I received is incorrect or damaged. What do I do?

We’re sincerely sorry about that and we hope to make it up to you. We accept exchanges for incorrect or damaged items within seven (7) days after your purchase. You may reach us at support@jirras.com.ph and our customer service representative will be happy to assist you.

I ordered the wrong size. Can I have it exchanged?

Yes of course! We always want you to get your perfect fit. But in the case that the size isn’t right, we can do exchanges for wrong sizes within seven (7) days after your purchase. Please take note also that you’ll shoulder the shipping expense in this case.

Who will shoulder the shipping expenses for returns or exchanges?

If you received an incorrect or damaged item, we will shoulder all shipping expenses.

For requests in change of size, shipping fees will be shouldered by the customer.

How do I care for my leather shoes?

To maintain their quality, clean your shoes regularly with a soft cloth and leather conditioner. Store them in a cool, dry place and use shoe trees to retain their shape.
